Hien Duc Group commences construction of a coastal eco-tourism and shophouse complex in Nghi Son.
In Resolution 58 of the Politburo issued in 2020, Thanh Hoa was oriented to develop into a growth pole of the Northern economic quadrilateral, comprising Hanoi - Quang Ninh - Hai Phong - Thanh Hoa.
The resolution clearly defines the role of the Nghi Son Economic Zone, with its position as one of the key coastal urban, industrial, and service centers of the country. It is also one of the eight key coastal economic zones in Vietnam, covering an area of 106,000 hectares, and operating under a special preferential regime. The Nghi Son Economic Zone is located across 12 wards and communes of Nghi Son town, in the southeastern part of Thanh Hoa province.
Hien Duc Group commenced construction on two eco-tourism and shophouse projects in Nghi Son.
Famous for its magnificent natural landscapes, beautiful beaches, abundant seafood, and pristine ecosystem, Nghi Son is highly regarded for its potential in developing tourism and urban services in the future. It is this abundant natural potential that has spurred real estate investors to Nghi Son to explore its potential. One of them is Hien Duc Group, with the Hai Hoa beach resort complex, a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND.
A large-scale eco-tourism complex in Nghi Son
Upon arriving in Thanh Hoa province, Hien Duc Group openly expressed its ambition to create a modern tourism complex that not only meets the needs of locals and tourists for rest and relaxation but also contributes to improving the ecological environment, creating jobs, and enhancing the lives of local people.
The first component of this tourism complex is the Hai Hoa beachfront eco-tourism area and hotel/condotel complex, covering approximately 10 hectares with nearly 1 km of beachfront. Following that is the Nghi Son project of 200 shophouses, covering approximately 6 hectares, with an entertainment complex, night market, and seafood market.
Perspective of Phase 1 of the Hai Hoa Coastal Ecotourism and Hotel/Condotel Complex Project
On December 21st, the investor and partner units commenced Phase 1 of the coastal ecotourism and condotel complex, and simultaneously commenced Phase 1 of the technical infrastructure for the shophouse project in Nghi Son.
Perspective of the shophouse project in Nghi Son
The two projects are highly valued for their connectivity advantages, being only about 2.7 km east of National Highway 1A and about 3 km from the North-South Expressway. The Ninh Binh-Thanh Hoa Expressway, currently under completion, will shorten travel time from Hanoi to Nghi Son to approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. In addition, the 96.2 km section of the Vietnam Coastal Highway passing through Thanh Hoa province, upon completion, will run between the two projects of Hien Duc Group, creating opportunities for tourism development in the Hai Hoa and Nghi Son coastal areas in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.
Hien Duc Group's Mark on the Real Estate Map
Before entering the race to develop resort real estate, Hien Duc Group had a 17-year journey in the Vietnamese real estate market. Since 2017, after partnering with "giant" CapitaLand - Asia's largest real estate investment fund - with the strategic Heritage West Lake project on prime land in West Lake, Hien Duc Group began to accelerate its growth by owning a series of land plots in many provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Dak Nong, and Ho Chi Minh City. A series of key projects are currently being implemented by Hien Duc Group, such as: A 17-story high-end serviced apartment complex on a 2,000m2 prime plot in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (located near the planned Thu Thiem 4 bridge connecting Thu Thiem District 2 and District 7), and a high-end hotel and condotel complex located on 1 hectare of land on Hung Vuong Boulevard, Ho Chi Minh City. At the end of 2021, Hien Duc Group continued to adjust its investment plan and expand the planning of the eco-tourism complex project in Dak Nong to a scale of 50 hectares bordering the lake. Simultaneously, the company continued to acquire prime land plots in Hanoi such as Ba Vi and Dong Anh. These moves are the company's way of "going against the tide in the storm" and are part of its strategy to develop during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, Hien Duc Group continues to seek M&A opportunities for projects and operating assets such as hotels and serviced apartments in various provinces and cities, and expands its partnerships with transparent and reputable international investors.
