  • CapitaLand – Hien Duc Joint Stock Company is a joint venture established between Singapore's CapitaLand Investment Fund and Hien Duc Group, aiming to develop a high-class complex of serviced apartments, residential apartments, and office spaces in the West Lake area.

    Hien Duc Group won the land auction and decided to cooperate with CapitaLand to develop an international-standard complex in West Lake, contributing to the highlight of the West Lake area in particular and Hanoi city in general.
