Below are some of the projects currently under development: One West Lake - CapitaLand Hien Duc project in Tay Ho district (in co-operation with CapitaLand), Hai Hoa sea-resort complex in Thanh Hoa province, 5-star Boutique hotel in Hanoi, apartment building complex in Cau Giay and so on. In addition, there are other projects which have been executed and are operational like Hien Duc Building at 57 Tran Quoc Toan - Hanoi, Dien Bien market - HD Plaza - Co.opmart Supermarket complex in Thanh Hoa.

In 2009, a new fresh concrete mixing plant with a capacity of 90m3/h was built by Hien Duc Group, conveniently located at Lien Mac Port, Hoang Lien Hamlet, Lien Mac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, very close to the construction works, thereby ensuring the needs of customers best, in Hanoi city and suburban districts.

These activities are driven by the mission statement “Satisfying all customer demands by offering the best fresh ready-mixed concrete products in the most professional serving manner.”

Given the newly-invested equipment system with 12 (Liugong joint venture) dedicated transport vehicles of 10 m3 each, two 3.8 m3 wheel loaders, and two German (45m-boom) concrete pump trucks, customers can be assured of the best-quality concrete products delivered punctually and professionally.
