of Foundation and Development

MILESTONES IN HIEN DUC GROUP’S HISTORY

2010

Hien Duc Building, primely located at 57 Tran Quoc Toan, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, was inaugurated and opened

2012

Hien Duc Group jubilantly inaugurated and opened Hien Duc Plaza – Co.opmart supermarket, located on Phan Chu Trinh street, in the centre of Thanh Hoa city. Being comparable with “Wall Street”, it is home to dozens of joint stock commercial and state-owned banks and the head office of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

The period from 2014 to 2017

Ground clearance compensation and administrative procedures of the nationwide projects had been completed, and the proposal to set up a new project on Boutique Hotel Complex in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, an apartment complex in Cau Giay as well as others had been promoted

2017

We entered into a co-operation agreement with CapitaLand Group - a leading investment fund in Asia which has invested in numerous large projects in the world and Vietnam such as Sofitel Plaza hotel (now Pan Pacific) on Thanh Nien Street, Hanoi; Hanoi Twin Towers at 49 Hai Ba Trung, etc.

Hien Duc Group and CapitaLand have been working together to develop a premium project in the West Lake with a scale of nearly one hectare, to offer high-class serviced and residential apartments and residential offices to domestic and international customers. The project is expected to be a new highlight of the West Lake area in particular and Hanoi City in general

2021

Construction begins on the Heritage Westlake project in West Lake, Hanoi, in partnership with CapitaLand.

It is a joint venture between CapitaLand Investment Fund and Hien Duc Group for developing a premium apartment complex in the West Lake.

The engagement of our strategic shareholder, CapitaLand, in the project development is a great opportunity for Hien Duc Group to learn the systematic and modern management thinking and large project development experience from such a huge partner.

CapitaLand - Hien Duc Joint Stock Company

Being a member of Hien Duc Group, this company mainly operates in developing Hien Duc Boutique Hotel complex project in Hanoi.

Customers will find the perfection in service quality and in each designed interior item of the project.

Hien Duc Hotel Investment Joint Stock Company

The company’s task is to develop Hai Hoa sea eco-resort complex in Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, including items such as Hotel, Condotel, Eco-resort, Bungalow, Beach Bar, Infinity Swimming Pool, etc.

The project’s scale is 6.7 hectares of land, including 435 m of the coastal line
