The Founder - entrepreneur Le Ngoc Huong started his business in the Russian Federation with the foundation of the Moscow International Trade Center Group and the placement of the first containers (kiosks) to open the “Vom Market” in Moscow.
2000
“Vom Market” was further developed and expanded. Five years after its foundation, the “Vom Market” had become the largest outdoor trade centre of the Vietnamese people in Moscow, in particular and the Russian Federation, in general, bringing livelihoods to tens of thousands of Vietnamese migrants in the Russian Federation.
2004
Given the success of the “Vom Market” in Moscow, Le Ngoc Huong was honoured to be assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of Vietnam in Russia, and elected by the Vietnamese community in Russia to be the first president of the Vietnamese Association in the Russian Federation and the autonomous republics.
For more than five years acting as the highest leader of the Vietnamese Association and the Vietnamese community in the Russian Federation, President Le Ngoc Huong had kept himself focused on all aspects of the Association’s work, ranging from the Association’s organizational structure, strengthening with the establishment of the Association Office and the Journal of Solidarity as the Association’s Official Organ; the development of grassroots chapters with the first 9 professional societies and 11 grassroots chapters, which have now been increased to 28 grassroots chapters in almost all large provinces and cities in Russia; the promotion of socio-cultural activities, including people to people diplomacy and humanitarian charity; and the attention to community security, as well as financial and economic affairs, of the Association.
2004
Le Ngoc Huong and his associates returned to the homeland to establish Hien Duc Joint Stock Company (currently, Hien Duc Group)
The period from 2006 to 2007
A series of projects with prime locations nationwide were approved to be invested in by Hien Duc Group
2009
Hien Duc Group incorporated the subsidiary named Viet Nga Fresh ReadyMixed Concrete Joint Stock Company and built a fresh concrete mixing plant with a capacity of 90 m3/h and a modern system of machinery, equipment, tank trucks, and pump trucks in Lien Mac port, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
2010
Hien Duc Building, primely located at 57 Tran Quoc Toan, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, was inaugurated and opened
2012
Hien Duc Group jubilantly inaugurated and opened Hien Duc Plaza – Co.opmart supermarket and Dien Bien market complex, located on Phan Chu Trinh street, in the centre of Thanh Hoa city. Being comparable with “Wall Street”, it is home to dozens of joint stock commercial and state-owned banks and the head office of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.
The period from 2014 to 2017
Ground clearance compensation and administrative procedures of the nationwide projects had been completed, and the proposal to set up a new project on Boutique Hotel Complex in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, an apartment complex in Cau Giay as well as others had been promoted
2017
We entered into a co-operation agreement with CapitaLand Group - a leading investment fund in Asia which has invested in numerous large projects in the world and Vietnam such as Sofitel Plaza hotel (now Pan Pacific) on Thanh Nien Street, Hanoi; Hanoi Twin Towers at 49 Hai Ba Trung, etc.
Hien Duc Group and CapitaLand have been working together to develop a premium project in the West Lake with a scale of nearly one hectare, to offer high-class serviced and residential apartments and residential offices to domestic and international customers. The project is expected to be a new highlight of the West Lake area in particular and Hanoi City in general
