CapitaLand - Hien Duc Joint Stock Company is a joint venture between CapitaLand - a Singapore-based real estate funds company and Hien Duc Group with a view to developing a high-class complex of serviced apartments, residential apartments, offices and OfficeTels in the West Lake area.
