    Location: Hai Hoa Commune, Tinh Gia District, Thanh Hoa Province
    Project Objectives: To invest in building modern Hai Hoa Sea-Resort Complex, meeting locals’ and tourists’ needs for rest and relaxation, contributing to the eco-environmental improvement, economic restructuring, job creation and enhancement of local people’s living conditions.

    PROJECT’S ADVANTAGES:
    Owning a wonderful and diverse landscape, long coastline, a smooth and flat beach, as well as existing Casuarina forests.
    Located in the Nghi Son Economic Zone - the nation’s key economic zone, including refineries, thermal and solar power plants and so on.
    Being about 2.7 km away from the National Highway 1A to the East.
    Being nearly 3 km away from the North-South Highway. With the existing Ha Noi - Ninh Binh expressway and the Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa expressway expected to be completed in 2019, it will take only 2 hours to travel from Hanoi to Hai Hoa Sea, instead of 4 hours.
    Conveniently travelling and only 40km away from Tho Xuan Airport, which offers domestic and international flights such as Thanh Hoa ⇔ Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa ⇔ Buon Me Thuot, Thanh Hoa ⇔ Nha Trang and Thanh Hoa ⇔ Bangkok.
    96.2 kilometres in a total of over 3,000 kilometres of Vietnam coastal road starting from Quang Ninh province to Kien Giang province passes Thanh Hoa province and has been constructed since January 2017. Once completed, it will promote strongly sea tourism in Vietnam in general and in Thanh Hoa in particular.
    Infrastructure within the project area has been well planned. The province has planned to construct a 12m-wide road connecting the National Highway 1A to the project area.
